Cancel Purchase / Register a Return

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

If you would like to cancel your purchase or return a product, please fill out the form below with your order number and the product/products you wish to return.

Once we have received your request, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your request and does not mean that the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund for the returned products.

You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount should appear in your account within a few business days after receiving the return confirmation.

Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the message that you have regretted. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement products.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, it is not considered a standard return. For uncollected parcels, an administrative fee of SEK 149 will be charged.
